Grand Marceline Cocoa & Coffee Company specializes in hand crafted cocoa and coffee made in Walt Disney’s boyhood hometown of Marceline, Missouri. Their high quality coffee beans are fire roasted in cast iron Victorian era roasters. The perforated drum of their roasters allows the flame to gently sweep the beans, thus caramelizing the sugars, creating a rich, smokey body with subtle chocolate undertones that cannot be duplicated with modern roasters.
